If you have exhibited previously but have never logged into the Event Portal?  Welcome!  Please click the 'Create Account' button above to:

  • Create your secure account, including a personal password.
  • Search for your official company name and associate yourself to your company via the Company Lookup box below using the "Join Company" button. NOTE: If you do not see this box, then you are not yet logged in.
  • If your company is not found, please reach out to the ORA team - Andrea Dancer (andrea@oklahomahospitality.com | 405.942.8181).
  • Click the Exhibitor Hub link from the main navigation above. Use the button provided to access the contract and Confirm Your Booth.
  • Return to this site to access your Exhibitor Hub page and update your online profile, view important show details, print or pay your invoice.

If you are a new contact for a company that has exhibited with us in the past, please use the Company Lookup to the right.  If the former contact is no longer with your organization, please contact the ORA team - Andrea Dancer (andrea@oklahomahospitality.com | 405.942.8181) to set up your account.

Returning Exhibitors with Login Credentials?

Click Login at top right to login to your account, using your existing credentials. 
  • If you are a returning exhibitor, but have never logged into the Event Portal and do not have credentials, follow the New Exhibiting Company instructions to the right.
  • If you have logged in before and do not remember you password, click Login, enter your email address and then use the Forgot Password link.
  • Once logged in, click the Exhibitor Hub link from the main navigation above. Use the button provided to Confirm Your Booth.
  • Return to access your Exhibitor Hub page to update your online profile, view important show details, print or pay your invoice.
